Partnership 2000 (P2K) is about creating strong, meaningful and ongoing relationship between Israelis and Jews in the Diaspora. P2K was established in 1994 by the Jewish Agency, United Jewish Communities and Keren Hayesod-United Jewish Appeal.

Mayor Declares Hadera as Charlotte Sister City
