COST (LAND ONLY):

The actual cost of the land portion of the mission is $5,985 per- person.

Participants are eligible to receive a $500 subsidy per person from Federation**.
SUBSIDIZED RATE: $5,485 (per-person, land only).

There is a limited $1,800 subsidy available per-person for participants 45 years of age and under**.

SUBSIDIZED RATE FOR PARTICIPANTS’ AGE 45 AND UNDER (per-person, land only): $4,185
Single supplement is additional $2,282 (per-person, land only).

** Mission subsidy eligibility: Participant must be a JFGC member in good standing. Upon accepting a Federation mission subsidy, the donor commits to a $500 minimum gift to the 2024 Annual Campaign.

Flight Information:

The programming will officially begin on Sunday, November 5, 2023. Please plan to arrive in Israel by late morning.
There will be VIP service for participants who land the morning of Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023. This will include a group transfer from Ben Gurion airport to Jerusalem. As we get closer to the Mission, we will provide additional details and timing.

Insurance Information:

Mission participants are strongly encouraged to purchase, at their expense, the level of travel insurance they feel comfortable buying.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Please know that we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and are working with our partners in Israel to ensure your safety. Your health and the health of others is our top priority. Proof of full vaccination (FDA or EMA approved vaccines) is required. In accordance with the recommendations of the Director General of the Ministry of Health, you are required to have a health insurance policy with coverage for the treatment abroad of the COVID-19 virus. Please visit the Israel’s Ministry of Health website, the CDC website and the U.S. Department of State website for their latest travel policies.

PAYMENT TERMS:

NOTE: All Mission Participants must provide credit card information and authorization to complete the registration. 
We require a $500 non-refundable deposit, per person. 
The remaining mission balance will be charged on July 31.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Between July 31, 2023 and September 1, 2023: 50% refund
On or after September 1, 2023: No refunds will be provided
