The skill of reading Torah is over 1,000 years old and is used in synagogues all over the world. You too can acquire this skill! Temple Israel wants you to join our Torah reading team! Hebrew literacy (i.e., the ability to read & pronounce it) is the only prerequisite. If you can carry a tune in a bucket, your voice is good enough for us!
