Cantor Danielle Rodnizki will explore how we prepare ourselves mind, body, and spirit for prayer and what it truly means to engage in worship. She’ll look at the role of kavanah — intentionality — and how cultivating focus shapes our spiritual experience.
After lunch, Dr. Erin Albert, Certified Mental Performance Consultant, will connect psychology, sport, and performance to the ways we strengthen our minds and spirits. Dr. Albert, a sport psychologist who supports collegiate athletes, will share the challenges student-athletes face today as well as techniques we can all use to enhance performance in our daily lives.
